NOTICE OF SALE
The College of Micronesia-FSM (seller) invites sealed bids for purchases of excess properties, which have been declared surplus to its needs. All interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the surplus property at the following college site/campuses The properties described in the LOT Listing is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warrantees expressed or implied of its description, condition, or value given. Interested Bidder may obtain and submit bid form from/to the following:

The winning bid must be fully paid for and removed from the premises within five (5) working days from the bid award notification. The seller reserves the right, when in its best interest, to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. All sales are final and the bidder is responsible for the removal of the sold property, otherwise the item(s) be given to the next highest bidder, or be disposed at the seller’s discretion. BID DEADLINE
The deadline for placing bid is 4:30 PM, Thursday, September 10, 2020. All bids received after the deadline will not be considered and shall be discarded.
Inspection of Property:
COM-FSM is recommending inspection of the properties prior to submission of bid proposal. For Pohnpei Bidders, you may call Eugene Edmund at National Campus for National Campus property inspection and CTEC(Pohnpei Campus), call Leyolany Anson.
