GENERAL PURPOSE: The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM) is soliciting for Price quotations from any interested, qualified, and licensed broadband satellite operator/resellers for reliable internet access and services for Kacific broadband services.
Bids are for subscription costs and services, Hardware is not to be included and already exists at each sites: This RFQ is for one Year subscription

Selection Criteria: The successful bidder may be awarded a procurement contract for the purchases and deliveries of the goods/services identified in the RFQ on the following selection criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follows:

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotations must be submitted to the contact person below no later than, January 29, 2023 5:00 Pohnpei Time, and shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. All interested bidders must sumbit quotation via email, or in person to the contact person below including any inquiries regarding this RFQ.
