Box 1056 Colonia, Yap FM 96943. SELECTION CRITERIA: The successful bidder may be awarded a Procurement Contract for the purchases and deliveries of the goods/services identified in this RFQ on the following selection criteria for the best value basis and responsiveness as follows:

The College of Micronesia-FSM is NOT bound to accept any quotation, award a Contract, nor, responsible for any costs associated with bidder’s preparation and submission of any quotation.
REVIEW RIGHTS: The College of Micronesia-FSM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFQ and to enter into discussion, or negotiations with one or more qualified bidders at the same time, if such action is in the best interest of the College of Micronesia-FSM.
